In DKC2, I've only done one Lost World level, (Black Ice Battle) but the most difficult would have to be Toxic Tower. Specifically the part with the snake.

Hardest level?
For me, it was Loopy Lights. Can't even count how many times I died on that one...

My first time I got 2 hours and 48 minutes, but that wasn't 101%.
