As soon as I heard the awesome remix of Funky's DKC2 theme, I knew I HAD to rip it. So here it is for your listening pleasure:

That's a pretty faithful remake.

I'm quite surprised how good it sounds, considering they've completely changed the instruments. The original track had such a gritty and... yes - Funky - set of samples. I wouldn't have thought a collection of fairly clean synth sounds could do it justice, but hearing is believing.

Interesting that they used the DKC2 track for Funky's Jungle Climber theme. I'd have expected a remix of the DKC track, or something new.

By the way, Qyzbud, there's also a Simian Segue Remix in KoS And I, also, think they used DKC2's because JC is the second game in the DK Swingers.

Simian Segue... I don't know the names of the music tracks, so which one is that again?

Simian Segue is DKC's World Map! And its remix is used in KoS's world map =P

Could you do me a favor and rip it with the "Hey, maaaaan!" vocals? I would appreciate it dearly.
