Hello everyone, DonkeyKong and I wanted to inform you that, like this DKC-Atlas we are going to design each and every DKC level and make it into a Starcraft map. Yes, it is very challenging, but so far its turning out great. We will have a site in the future for people to download them for free!

Sounds awesome, I can't wait to see how you pull it off.

I really can't imagine how you could translate a DKC level layout into an isometric format like Starcraft's maps, but I look forward to seeing what comes out of this effort. Any chance of you posting a screenshot or two? Or are we all going to have to wait for this site of yours to launch?

Whoever has starcraft and goes on battle.net can contact me directly and i can host a game for you to play/download the map.
The "Congo River" map i made looks realistic.

Next time I get a chance, I'll see if my bro will join a game with you, so we can check out this realistic map of yours.

We are doing another project, but we are postponing it until our DKC project is complete. Its called the Congo Tour.
We are making every location from the Congos in Africa and putting them into SC as well. Whats your brothers username? An what server does he play on?

I would think this project would be very interesting normally, but I'm not sure whether It's ok to support it because this topic was posted at 9:11. Kinda spooky, could be an omen.

By the way, do you think we should rename this and move it to the DKC Projects forum?

Quite possibly, but I'm not convinced it's a real DKC project just yet... I'll wait until it has some proper details, screenshots, etc. before I decide. So far it sounds like a Starcraft map project for sure, but I can't really imagine how DKC could be portrayed via Starcraft... so I want proof.

I started playing this again. I'll buy Brood Wars in a few weeks when I go to Adelaide, along with some Wii Points, Robot Chicken and clothes.

What teams does everyone use? I use the Terrans.
