Thank heavens for ERD Commander 2005 (yeah, it's discontinued now, but whatever)... seriously, this is like the best recovery tool I've ever used. It's saved me from losing my data many a time.

  So, careful. Extractor (Demo version) finds files in groupfiles. (WAD, RIFF, etc.) I was able to rip off some wierd .form file from a .nds file. (Computer version of a DS game) Text galore! NSIS is for creating an installer. (.exe's to install programs) And, yeah. http://www.filefactory.com/file/b0c28e7/n/Programs.zip
